This recipe is super simple and tastes so yummy. All you need to do is mix all the ingredients together is a sauce pan and then warm the mixture until thoroughly heated. Cherry Pie Moon Milk
Moon milk is a remedy to help you sleep better. It is a mixture of milk, herbs and spices. Drink this right before bed to help you destress and prep for a good night's sleep!
Ingredients
- 2 Cups unsweetened macadamia milk
- 1/4 Cup tart cherry juice
- 1 Tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 Teaspoon pure almond extract
- A pinch of nutmeg
- A few fresh cherries (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingradients in a sauce pan.
- Warm over medium heat until the desired temperature. The goal is not to boil the milk, just warm it thoroughly.
- Strain(optional)
- Enjoy!
